started to work on the establishment of ISO 50001 Energy Management System in order to reduce energy consumption by increasing efficiency, to utilize energy resources in the most efficient way and to protect the energy consumption in a more systematic way in October 2017. In December 2017, she was awarded with ISO 50001 certification by passing the certification audit and it was integrated with other management systems.
Goltas Cimento A. S., in accordance with the Regulation on Increasing the Efficiency in the Use of Energy Resources and Energy, have had Energy Efficiency Consultancy Company to perform Energy Study and submitted the Energy Study Report to the Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources, the General Directorate of Renewable Energy.
Within the scope of TS EN ISO 50001:2018 standard, the transition to the new standard was made with the Integrated Management System external audit conducted by the Quality and Environment Board between 31 August and 4 September 2021.
