1st Line Electro Filter Capacity Increase Investment in 2002-2007:

An agreement was signed with KHD on 19 April 1998 in order to increase 2000 ton/day capacity of 2nd line to 4000 ton/day capacity. 600.000 ton increase in Clinker production has been achieved. Unit cost of 1 kg clinker is decreased as 850 kcal/kg energy requirement decreased to 780 kcal/kg.

2nd Line Cement Plant Pre-calcination Capacity Increase Investment in 1998-2006:

In parallel with 3rd raw mix(farin) mill project, 10.000 ton stock capacity raw mix(farin) homogeneous silo was built. Raw mix(farin) is homogenized with new technology and this increased quality in clinker production. At the same time raw mix(farin) silo which is planning to be built in the future and required for 2nd cement line capacity increase project, is ready.

3rd Raw Mix(Farin) Homogeneous Stock Silo Installation Investment in 1996 – 1999:

220 ton/hour capacity raw mix(farin) mill was built to increase raw mix(farin) capacity which affects 2nd clinker production line. When electricity costs more in times of the day the production can be easy by easing raw mix(farin) production so a lot of money saved. Also raw mix(farin) necessary for 2. cement line capacity increase which is planning to be built in the future, is produced.

3rd raw mix(farin) Mill Unit Installation Investment in 1996 – 1999:
